A recent visit to the Owen Sound Library with grade 3 and 4 students from Dufferin School.
I’m reading from my old grade 5 news books, which were filled with sports stories instead of current events, and sharing stories from The Big Book of Hockey for Kids.
If you’d like to bring me to your school or library, please click on the Speaking link at the top of this page for more information.

🙂 You look so natural reading to the children…how did they enjoy it??
Every time I do one of these, I’m nervous that this will be the time that no one likes it! But, so far, that hasn’t happened. They always seem interested, laugh at all the funny parts, and have lots of questions.
That’s the great thing about children: they are interested in ‘everything’… I’m so glad you had a fun time with them!!
